BODY BUILDING

Carrier pipes will be manufactured from 1200mm long pipes with a diameter of at least

140mm (5”) and a wall thickness of 3-4mm.

 The moving parts connected to the main body will be manufactured from industrial pipes

with a diameter of at least Ø60 and a wall thickness of 3-4 mm.

 Pull-up hanger arms and armrest support pipe will be manufactured from industrial pipes with

a diameter of Ø60 and a wall thickness of 3-4 mm.

 The pull-up seat and backrest will be manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE)

material by self-colored inflation method.

 6 mm thick support sheet will be welded under the seats and backrests.

 2 pieces of 6005 2RS bearings should be used in the movable hubs of the pull-up machine
