SHOULDER EXERCISE

 The carrier pipe will be manufactured from a 1600mm long pipe with a diameter of at least

140mm (5”) and a wall thickness of 3-4mm.

 Arm grips will be manufactured from industrial pipes with a diameter of at least Ø60 mm and

a wall thickness of 3-4 mm.

 A 6 mm thick support sheet will be welded under the seat.

 2 pieces of 6005 2RS bearings should be used in the swivel hub of the arm operating device.

 Pipe openings will be closed with injection plugs to prevent rain and dirt from entering.
